Astons Coaches is a well-established coach operator situated on the outskirts of Worcester. From owning just one vehicle for coal distribution in 1929, Astons have diversified into private coach hire for groups locally, nationally and internationally and contract work for schools, colleges and the local authority.
Our customers seek coach travel to all parts of the country. A large volume of our work is from schools, taking educational and pleasure outings locally and further afield. Local rugby and football clubs take annual contracts with us for our Executive Coaches for their team transport. Tables are fitted for these contracts for a greater degree of comfort.
We also arrange continental coach travel and can quote an all-inclusive package for coach hire with driver(s), fuel, tolls, parking and ferry crossings (if applicable). Our aim is to provide quotes with "No Hidden Costs" to our customers.
In addition to this we supply our sister companies with Executive coaches for their tour programmes. Ski Astons are a school ski specialist, whose ski packages take school groups to Austria and Switzerland. Ultima Tours cater for school and youth groups and their tailor-made packages touch all corners of Europe.
Within our existing client base are groups that use us for regular outings throughout the year. They find that building a relationship with our drivers and with our sales department gives them peace of mind that all aspects of their coach hire will be looked after. Equally, our sales department soon recognise each customer’s individual needs and can therefore match the driver and vehicle to their trip.
One example of our valued customers is Mrs Bennett, who arranges day outings for Worcester Exel Retired Staff Association. We have a long-standing relationship with Worcester City Football Club, who we have transported for over a decade. The first team appreciate the comfort and luxury of our Executive Coaches for travelling the long distances to their away fixtures.
